About us

Viora was created out of the need for cooperation and mutual support among women with migration experience.
We believe that sharing knowledge, solidarity and joint action help build stronger communities and create a space where every woman can develop her potential.
Our activities are open to women from different countries and backgrounds who want to actively participate in social life and develop their skills.
The Viora initiative grew out of a community of women involved in social activities in Warsaw. For ten years, an important part of our work has been the Zawarka Club — a social initiative offering a space for meetings and support for migrant families.
Since it was founded, the club has welcomed over 500 migrant families, and the initiative has received special support from Ashoka Poland.

Viora’s team is made up of women with migration experience who combine social and educational work.
